Advanced Double Feeder Two-Piece Folder Gluer 2000
T-Fold Pro 2000 is an upgraded version of T-Fold. In order to introduce more advanced packaging design, DGM collaborated with Italian cardboard equipment experts to develop the latest “T-Fold Pro” series of intelligent multi-functional folder gluer. This machine discards traditional box folding and gluing techniques and adopts a left-right dual splicing method, saving space and reducing costs, bringing significant optimization to the processing technology of heavy-duty corrugated cardboard boxes.

Without pre-folding section, suitable for straight-line boxes and crash-lock bottom boxes.
G-FOLD 2000 AC is a Two-Pieces Join Folder Gluer. It is suitable for large corrugated boxes. It is easy to set-up and friendly to operate. It can either process one or two pieces of carton. Equipped with independently motorized feeder, can feed two pieces of carton at same time and join them accurately thanks to a pneumatic lateral squaring device. The machine comes with two lower gluing wheels, left & right side, two upper electronic gluing systems, one for hotmelt application with one gun and the other one for cold glue with 3 guns.
