T-Fold Pro 2800 is an upgraded version of T-Fold. In order to introduce more advanced packaging design, DGM collaborated with Italian cardboard equipment experts to develop the latest “T-Fold Pro” series of intelligent multi-functional folder gluer. This machine discards traditional box folding and gluing techniques and adopts a left-right dual splicing method, saving space and reducing costs, bringing significant optimization to the processing technology of heavy-duty corrugated cardboard boxes.

Corrugated cardboard boxes are mainly used for outer packaging and have always been the preferred choice for logistics and heavy goods. Combined with the advantages of corrugated cardboard boxes such as durability and environmental friendliness, and with the rapid innovation of packaging technology, the application of corrugated cardboard boxes is becoming more diversified. T-Fold Pro enhances the functionality of traditional folder gluer, reduces labor costs, creates unexpected value for cardboard boxes, and enhances competitiveness.

- Upper and lower feeders with 4 belts, each 120 mm wide. - Feeding carriers with 12mm thickness, capable of lateral movement. - Fully adjustable lateral feed gates to accommodate the width of the blank. - 2 adjustable front feed knives. - Suction feeding function. - Independently driven by servo motor.

Side folding device

- Pulleys designed at different angles to guide the box flap steadily to the gluing unit.

Trombone section

- 4 sets of upper and lower carriers. - Provides sufficient transfer time for reliable bonding. - Can be in-line with other folder gluers to achieve multi-function in a single pass. - Independent servo motor-driven system.
