    Sheet feeder section

    - Streaming feeding system with a maximum pile height of 2.0m. - Shaftless servo paper output, providing easier adjustment and greater stability compared to the traditional linkage type, with a longer service life and lower consumption. - Upper limit micro-switch and elevator motor brake, providing a dual secure protection system. - Non-contact switch used to control the frequent starting and braking of the elevator, preventing electrical failure caused by the use of a contact switch.

    Alignment transfer section

    - 2 sets of transfer belts, press rollers, and a lever for alignment transfer. The system allows for choosing between pushing or pulling alignment. - Servo motor control system for substrate feeder, along with a top sheet detector, to ensure perfect synchronization between the top and lower sheets. - Micro-adjustment mechanism that allows for fine adjustments while the machine is in operation, resulting in accurate lamination after the gluing unit.

    Substrate feeder section

    - Vacuum servo motor feeding system with alignment side guide, ensuring perfect feeding. - Mechanical alignment system to ensure all substrates are guided straightly. - Dust remover device to avoid substrate board jam. - Servo motor intermittent feeding system, providing increased safety and reliability. - Automatic stoppage of substrate feeding and alarm warning when the top sheet is unloaded.
