Sheet feeder section

- Streaming feeding system with a maximum pile height of 2.0m. - Shaftless servo paper output, offering easier adjustment and greater stability compared to the traditional linkage type, with a longer service life and lower consumption. - Dual secure protection system with an upper limit micro-switch and elevator motor brake. - Use of non-contact switch to control the frequent starting and braking of the elevator, preventing electrical failure caused by the use of a contact switch.

Alignment transfer section

- 2 sets of transfer belts, press rollers, and lever, offering the option to choose between a pushing or pulling alignment system. - Servo motor control system for substrate feeder along with a top sheet detector. - Ensuring perfect synchronization between top and lower sheets. - Micro-adjustment mechanism that allows for fine adjustments while the machine is in operation, providing accurate lamination after the gluing unit.

Substrate feeder section

- Vacuum servo motor feeding system with alignment side guide to ensure perfect feeding. - Mechanical alignment system to ensure all substrates are guided straight. - Dust remover device to prevent substrate board jams. - Servo motor intermittent feeding system for increased safety and reliability. - Automatic stoppage of substrate feeding and alarm warning when the top sheet is unloaded.

- Equipped with a larger size gluing roller to prevent any spillage of glue during the laminating process. - Automatic adjustment of glue quantity and roller pressure based on the input thickness of the sheet being laminated. - Utilizes servo motor transmission for the front and side lays, ensuring precise ±1 mm laminating accuracy.
