Megafold Pro 3200 ST is equipped with a fully servo control system, ensuring stable operation and high precision. The linear guide design ensures smooth movement, effectively avoiding unnecessary vibration and ensuring production quality. The latest control system with intelligent HMI panel allows for easy operation, with quick setup by simply entering box dimensions, without the need for cumbersome tool changes. The stitching head, made by the Italian brand Simca, can achieve stitching speeds of up to 1500 stitches per minute, ensuring efficient production. The squaring device not only squares the front and back but also the left and right sides, meeting the high-end requirements of the heavy corrugated packaging market and improving packaging quality and efficiency.

Feeder section

- Equipped with 13pcs endurable vacuum belts in width of 90mm ; - Left and right paper block gates and feed gates area are controlled by the servo motor,can be graphic input; - Can adjust speed and boxes gap flexibly; - Strong bottom suction unit to support stable feeding; - HMI and touch screen setting,easy to operate; - After graphic input,each position can be micro-adjusted.

Side register section

- Independent section with an unparallel lower carrier that guides the box to a parallel handrail that allows a perfect blank alignment; - Graphic input,servo controlled; - Can be aligned at either side left or right; - Easy and convenient to adjust.

Scoring section

- Independent scoring section driven by servo motors. - Located right after Side-register section, before pre-folding section. - Allows to make deeper scores if needed.

Lower gluing section

- Left side lower glue tank; - Easy to clean and remove; - Standard:20mm thickness glue disc and scrapper.

Folding & closing section

- 15-inch Human-Machine Interface,friendly-use to adjust datas; - With 8-meter length on F&C section,ensure cartons folded well. - With 100mm width outer belts by independent servo controlled on left and right sides, 180° perfect folding,can adjust both sides’ speed ratio independently, so as to avoid the fish tail issue. - With 85mm wide heavy vaccum belts to support 100mm left and right outer belts; - Strengthened type vacuum equipments to coordinate with the squaring sun wheel to make cartons folded fluently; - New type heavy upper driven carrier,both carton and position by servo grpahic controlled;reduce machine setup time ; - Heavy type creasing wheel folder,to reduce the deviation because of the not-well creasing lines.

Stitching Squaring Section

- This section is used to do squaring (left and right,front and back）before cartons entering to stitching section.With independent servo controlled; - With 2 rays of squaring wheels,used to do the final squaring on the left and right sides’ creasing lines before entering stitching; - Servo spanker squaring device.

Stitching section

- Italian SIMCA stitcher,made in Italy; - Stitcher by independent servo motors controlled; - Can do single head stitched,doube heads stitched and mixed-head stitched; - With folded-type carrier,easy for operator to go to the other side of the machine; - 15-inch touch screen Human-Machine Interface.

Stacking section

- With counting and stacking function conveyor. - Running smoothly,decrease the labor cost. - Suitable to set certain qty such like 10-30pcs of cartons as a batch. - Equipped with the 10-inch Human-Machine Interface to coordinate with machine servo controlled and adjusted. - Capable of connecting with optional strapping packaging solution.
