Colt 1000 is a versatile machine designed for the medium and large packaging industry, including the counting section, turning section, stacking section, and strapping section. Among these, the counting section and stacking section are essential components, while the turning section and strapping section are optional.

Customers can freely combine these sections according to their needs, in addition to the mandatory structures. This machine covers a variety of box types, including straight line, lock bottom, double wall, 4 and 6-corner designs, and can pack cardboard, micro-flute, and various corrugated materials such as B, C, N, F, AB, 3, and 5 layers. Its easy adjustability makes it a flexible and efficient choice for packaging requirements.

- The bundle strapping is done with one or. two sealing heads - Works perpendicular to the running way of the bundle allowing the soft winding of the strap around the bundle - During the sealing phase the bundle is kept by a press rollers - Italy made bundle welding head for statable processing - boxes stacking with spanker for nice batches
